Vulcan Kombi is a heat exchanger with a uniquely shaped head and a width of only 45.5 cm (for 100–140 l capacities), allowing it to fit even into narrow recesses. It is available as a hanging unit (100–140 l) or as a floor-standing unit (100–200 l).

Convenient installation

All hydraulic connections are grouped in one head, providing easy access during installation and operation. In the floor-standing unit they are in the upper head, and in the hanging unit in the lower head. The spiral coil is supplied by any c.h. boiler or a fireplace. Optionally, the exchanger can also be powered by an electric heater. The design includes a circulation sleeve for connecting an external circulation pump.

Proven insulation

Comfortable DHW operation is ensured by a spiral coil with increased surface area. Efficient insulation made of high-density polyurethane foam guarantees long heat retention and economical operation.

Corrosion protection

EXTRA GLASS^® ceramic enamel applied using the "wet" method provides precise protection of the tank surface. It prevents corrosion and ensures hygienic use. Additional protection of the tank and the electric heater is provided by a replaceable magnesium anode. The optional active titanium anode is maintenance-free and requires no servicing.

Easy control

Maintenance-free operation is supported by the DHW sensor that integrates the exchanger with the c.h. boiler. The boiler controller monitors water temperature and ensures continuous access to hot water. With an electric heater (thermostat-controlled or electronic control), water can be heated faster. In summer, domestic water can be heated solely by the electric heater. Vulcan Kombi exchangers are equipped as standard with an analog thermometer.

A durable metal casing guarantees long and trouble-free operation. Vulcan Kombi is offered with a metal casing in snow-white color.
