Product Description
Detailed information about the product features and specifications
Multi Inox with stainless steel SPIRAFLEX coil is a stratified accumulation tank. It is designed for operation in heat recovery systems powered by a central heating boiler, heat pump or other source. It serves as a c.h. system buffer and simultaneously provides domestic hot water using heat accumulated in the tank. It was designed for maximum utilization of the advantages of stratified distribution of hot water in the tank. Hot water from the c.h. system accumulates in the upper part of the buffer, which allows heating the DHW coil directly at the point of domestic water consumption. This solution guarantees very low costs of preparation and quick access to domestic hot water.
Safe use
The heat exchanger in the Multi-Inox tank is made of stainless steel spirally corrugated SPIRAFLEX – (steel 1.4404 - AISI 316L), which guarantees hygienic DHW preparation. The special construction ensures that water turbulence in the coil prevents calcium compounds from depositing on its surface. Under the influence of pressure changes, the heat exchanger cleans itself automatically. The corrugation of the coil also translates to the absence of Legionella bacteria in domestic water. Turbulent water flow in the coil prevents water stagnation and the formation of an environment conducive to bacterial growth. There is no need to heat the system, as is the case with tanks with classic flow.
Efficient heating
The large surface and volume of the SPIRAFLEX coil, up to 8 m² and 56 l, and its distribution throughout the tank ensure high efficiency of the domestic water heating system. The heat exchanger in the upper range of the buffer is designed to quickly deliver DHW, while in the lower range it is responsible for preheating water and cooling the tank. Low temperature in the lower parts of the tank – return – is particularly beneficial when the buffer is powered by condensing boilers.
Comfortable installation
Concentrating hydraulic connections allowed to simplify installation and maintenance of the Multi-Inox buffer and further reduce the amount of space occupied. All connections of the central heating and domestic water system, including temperature sensor covers (or thermometers), were placed on one side of the tank. From the same side, the optional GE electric kit is also installed, allowing for additional tank supply.
Installation comfort is also improved by the use of removable, soft polyurethane foam insulation, 100 mm thick, in the Multi-Inox buffer construction. Foam disassembly during installation significantly facilitates device assembly and bringing it into smaller rooms.
The Multi-Inox stratified tank is offered in a leatherette/PVC plastic housing in gray color.
