Premium means copper

The high efficiency of KSG Premium collectors is ensured by the use of an all‑copper absorber with a highly selective coating, ultrasonically welded to a double harp. The use of a harp consisting of as many as 12 copper tubes ensures maximum utilization of the collector’s potential. To provide optimal bottom insulation of the collector, top‑quality solar mineral wool has been applied.

Premium means high parameters

Tempered, anti‑reflective prismatic glass guarantees transmission of 96% of the sun’s rays incident on the collector. It provides test‑proven hail resistance.*

Premium means advanced technology

KSG solar collectors are the result of cooperation between Galmet engineers and scientists from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. These efforts led to the creation of one of the most advanced production lines in Europe. A bent aluminium profile— a product with exceptionally high parameters—has been patented. The double‑walled aluminium frame is made from a single element which, in addition to enhanced insulation, also provides greater rigidity of the entire collector.

Premium means easy installation

The advanced construction of the collectors has enabled the use of a simplified installation method. The flat‑plate collector is connected to the system with two connection ports, and to the next collector with just one port.
KSG Premium GT solar collectors are offered with mounting kits: directly on a pitched roof or on a rack, and on a flat roof.

Premium means comprehensive

For each KSG Premium collector, Galmet offers complete additional equipment, which includes:

• Pump group containing efficient electronic circulation pumps.
• Expansion vessel with a capacity from 18 to 50 litres.
• STDC control module; MTDC controller or Smart GT Sol with colour display available at extra charge.
• Collector‑to‑system connection kit.
• Glycol dedicated to copper collectors – 20 litres.

and components of the solar set, including:

• Bivalent heat exchangers with capacities from 200 to 500 litres.
• Heat exchangers with heat pump.
