Renewable energy source for the whole family

The eco-friendly Basic heat pump is an optimal source of domestic hot water for single-family houses. The tank integrated with the pump provides 200 liters of domestic hot water at up to 65°C. Installing the pump does not require complex installation work or expensive boreholes. The Basic pump is installed indoors and requires only hydraulic and electrical connections and the supply of air ducts.

User safety

Special controller functions ensure user safety and convenience. When extended family visits, the Party function is perfect, allowing for express water heating. For household safety, the pump is equipped with the Antilegionella function, which looks after users’ health. The Eco function optimizes the pump’s operation. The anti-freeze function protects the pump itself. The energy efficiency of the Basic pump is confirmed by a high energy efficiency class of up to A+, the highest in this category.

Expandable into a Hybrid System

The use of 1 or 2 spiral coils* allows the pump to be combined into a highly efficient Hybrid Domestic Hot Water Heating System. The recommended solution is to support water heating with the Genesis Plus central heating boiler and KSG 21 Premium GT solar collectors in winter, and with solar collectors alone in summer.

Continuous monitoring

The Basic heat pump is standardly equipped with a continuous monitoring option. The controller with an LCD touchscreen continuously displays the pump’s key operating parameters. It allows control of the circulation pump. Skillful scheduling shortens the waiting time for hot water at the tap. Every Basic pump controller includes a base of optimal domestic hot water heating configurations. It enables hourly scheduling of pump operation, e.g., to take advantage of the night tariff. It allows the water to be maintained at the set temperature. These functions are also available via a dedicated room controller. As standard, the Basic pump allows partial cooling or dehumidification of the room in which it operates.** These functions are particularly useful in summer.
